Ingredients used in CORN AND VEGETABLE PANKI
• French beans(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Carrot(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves chopped - 1 tablespoons.
• Sweet corn - 1 cup.
• Semolina - 1/2 cup.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Cooking soda - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Corn leaf or plantain leaf - 4 numbers.
Method:

1. Take a bowl and add french beans, carrot, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger, coriander, sweet corn, semolina, rice flour, ghee, cooking soda, salt and mix thoroughly. 2. Add yogurt and mix again. 3. Pour 2 tbs of mixture in the corn leaves or banana leaves and fold it and steam it for 10 mins and rest it for some time and serve it with any chutney.
