Ingredients used in Custard Crunchie
• Cashewnut / butter cookies - 16 no.
• Milk - 3(1/2) cup.
• Sugar - 1(1/2) cup.
• Custard powder - 7 tablespoons.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
Method:

Dip the cookies into warm vanilla custard and place them side by side to form a biscuit log. Then refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.
