Ingredients used in DARSAN
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Honey - 2 tablespoons.
• Lime juice - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Ice cream - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Boil water in a pan.
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, boiled water and mix nicely to make dough.
  • Dust some flour and roll into thin sheet, spread some flour and fold it like as shown in video.
  • Cut into pieces and unfold dough.
  • Add prepared noodles in Boiling water pan, when noodles are cooked it will come on to top.
  • Remove it into a plate and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the boiled noodles until light brown colour.
  • Heat pan and add sugar, melt it.
  • Add honey, lime juice, sesame seeds, fried noodles use tongs to mix until sugar mixture coats on noodles.
  • Transfer into serving plate, sprinkle some sesame seeds and add ice cream.

Now darsan is ready to serve.
