EASY CHEESY BALLS

Ingredients used in EASY CHEESY BALLS
• Bread - (5-6) slice.
• Pepper(crushed) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Mixed herbs - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Baking powder - 1 pinch.
• Buttermilk - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take a mixie jar add bread and grind it to make breadcrumbs and transfer into a bowl.
  • To it, even add crushed pepper, mixed herbs, garlic, salt, cheese, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and mix nicely using buttermilk.
  • Dip the hand in the water, take small dumpling and make round balls and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Once it is golden in colour transfer into a plate.

Now easy cheesy balls are ready to serve with tomato sauce.
