Ingredients used in EGG PICKLE
• Eggs - 4 numbers.
• Mustard powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Fenugreek powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic cloves - 10 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Asafoetida - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 4 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon - 1 number.
Method:
  • Firstly take boiled eggs and make small pieces in a bowl.
  • Take oil in a hot pan then add egg pieces.
  • Saute egg pieces in oil till they become golden brown.
  • Keep the eggs aside and take oil in the pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, garlic cloves and saute it.
  • AIso add red chilli powder, mustard powder, fenugreek powder, salt and egg pieces.
  • Saute it and add lemon juice in the last.
