Ingredients used in EGG PICKLE
• Eggs - 4 numbers.
• Mustard powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Fenugreek powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic cloves - 10 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Asafoetida - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 4 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon - 1 number.
Method:
Firstly take boiled eggs and make small pieces in a bowl. Take oil in a hot pan then add egg pieces. Saute egg pieces in oil till they become golden brown. Keep the eggs aside and take oil in the pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, garlic cloves and saute it. AIso add red chilli powder, mustard powder, fenugreek powder, salt and egg pieces. Saute it and add lemon juice in the last.
