Ingredients used in GHEE RICE
• Shajeera - half tea spoon.
• Jeera - 1 tea spoon.
• Cashewnuts - 1 cup.
• Basmati rice - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ghee (more tastes better) - 1/4 cup.
Method:
First was and soak basmati rice for 1/2hour. Then cook it until 3/4 done. in a wok or kadai, heat ghee, then add jeera and shajeera. Let it spluttr. add cahewnuts and fry until light brown. then add the cooked rice and salt. mix well. it tastes really good with chole curry.
