Ingredients used in Glossy Chocolate Frosting
• Unsweetened chocolate - 240 grams.
• Whole milk - 1/3 cup.
• Confectioner sugar - 2 cups.
• Vegetable shortening - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Vanilla - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Melt vegetable shortening and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.

  • Mixin remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.

  • Place pan of frosting in bowl of ice and water; continue beating until of spreading consistency.
  • If desired, stir in half cup finely chopped nuts.
