Ingredients used in Glossy Chocolate Frosting
• Unsweetened chocolate - 3 ounces.
• Whole milk - 1/3 cup.
• Confectioners' sugar - 2 cup.
• Vegetable shortening - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Vanilla - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
  1. Melt vegetable shortening and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.

  3. Place pan of frosting in bowl of ice and water; continue beating until of spreading consistency. If desired, stir in frac12; cup finely chopped nuts.
