Ingredients used in ground nut curry(kalaka kulambu)
• Groundnut - 2 cup.
• Brinjals - 2 numbers.
• Oil - few drops.
• Mustard - few grams.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Chilly powder - 2 tsp grams.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tsp grams.
• Salt - to taste grams.
• Coriander powder - 2tsp grams.
• Tamarind juice - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - few leaf.
Method:
1.add oil to the pan 2.add mustard 3.add curry leave,onions,garlic and fry 4.add tomato and turmeric powder and salt and fry 5.add chilly powder and coriander powder 6.add brinjal and fry 7.add soaked groundnut and add some water and cook for 10 mins 8.add tamarind juice and boil
