Ingredients used in HORSE GRAM AND DILL LEAVES VADA
• Horse gram - 1 cup.
• Red chillies - 6 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Dill leaves(finely chopped) - 3 bunch.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Rice flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Soak horse gram and red chillies in water for overnight and strain the water in morning. Blend both black gram and red chillies to make a paste with out any water. Take it in a bowl and add salt, finely chopped dill leaves, onions, coriander leaves, rice flour and mix it nicely. Now make flat vada’s with the mixture and deep fry them in hot oil. Cook them on low flame so that they are cooked inside nicely. Once they turn golden in color take them out on tissue paper and serve hot with any kind of chutney.
