Ingredients:
Besan flour - 250 gm
Whole wheat flour - 250gm
Hing - pinch
Turmeric - pinch
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 10 ml
Fennel seeds - 5 gm
Pepper corns - 2 gm
Coriander seeds - 1 gm
Cumin seeds - 1 gm
Amchur powder - 1 gm
Sesame seeds - 2 gm
Poppy seeds - 3 gm
Coconut - 5 gm
Sugar - 5 gm
Water - 250 ml
Method:
This is an ideal snack which could be best served during parties, get-togethers and most people from Gujarat carry this variety of snacks during travelling in trains as it’s easy to carry and not messy. If prepared in the right way using dry spices and ingredients then would stay for a week. Do prepare and delight your kids.
