Ingredients used in JUNNU
• Eggs - 2 no.
• Whole milk - 2 (1/2) cup.
• Condensed milk - 1 small.
• Black peper powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Cardamom powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Sugar - as.
Method:
  • Take a bowl which fits into the cooker and sprinkle 5-6 teaspoons of sugar in it.
  • Hold it over a small flame until the sugar starts to caramelise.
  • Then spread the caramel evenly over the dish so that it covers the entire base of the dish.
  • Remove it and keep aside to cool.
  • Beat eggs thoroughly in a different bowl
  • Add condensed milk,whole milk and mix well.
  • Pour the whlole thing into the bowl which was spread with the sugar solution.
  • Add pepper powder and cardamom powder.
  • Place the bowl in a pressure cooker and cook without whistle on meduim heat for 45 minutes.
  • Cool for sometime in the refrigerator and serve.
