Khakra Style Dry Shrimps Roti

Ingredients used in Khakra Style Dry Shrimps Roti
• Dry shrimps - 1/2 cup.
• Flax seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Sunflower seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Kalonji seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Dry red chilies - 4 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oats powder or oats - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - 3 springs.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic cloves - 8 number.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Dry roast flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, dry shrimps, kalonji seeds, dry red chilies for about 2 minutes and grind to a coarse powder along with salt (to taste), curry leaves, ginger, garlic.
  • Now transfer it to a bowl, add oats powder, wheat flour, salt along with oil and water, make it to a thick dough.
  • Then roll it like roti, later cut it perfectly in roti shape by using roti cutter.
  • At last, slightly put some holes on it by using a fork and roast it on both sides on a slow flame for more time.

Delicious Khakra Style Dry Shrimps Roti is now ready to serve.
