Ingredients used in KHARBOOJA JELLY
• Musk melon - 1 numbers.
• Jelly powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Sugar powder - 10 tablespoons.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
Method:

1. Remove the peel of musk melon and cut into pieces. 2. Take the mixie jar and add musk melon and blend it into paste. 3. Take a small cup and soak jelly powder in water. 4. Take a pan and add milk and boil it. 5. Then add sugar powder, paste, cardamom powder and cook on slow flame for 5 mins. 6. Then add jelly water and cook on slow flame for 10 mins. 7. Then place it in the jelly tray and keep in deep freezer. 8. When the musk melon jelly is ready, then you can serve it to kids.
