Ingredients used in KHEER-2
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Oranges - 5 numbers.
• Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Boil the milk on a slow flame, till 500 ml become 250 ml.
  • Then add cashew nuts, cardamom powder and sugar to it and let it boil by stirring occasionally.
  • Once the sugar is caramelized, add little water and after few minutes of boiling, switch off the flame.
  • Now, take off the peel and seeds of orange, grate it.
  • When the milk cools down, add these grated orange and mix it.
  • Refrigerate for few more minutes.

Sweet and tasty kheer is now ready to serve.
