Ingredients used in MANGO DELIGHT
• Coconut milk - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Custard powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Mango pulp - 1 cup.
• Mango(diced pieces) - 1/2 cup.
• Whip cream - 1/2 cup.
• Mango - 2-3 slice.
Method:
Take a pan and add coconut milk, sugar and mix nicely so that sugar dissolves completely. Add custard powder and mix nicely, later cook until it becomes thick paste. Switch off flame and add mango pulp and mix thoroughly. Add diced mango pieces, mix and pour it into champagne glass. Keep in refrigerator for some time. Later remove and on top of it garnish with whip cream using piping bag. Place mango slices at one corner. *Now mango delight is ready to serve.*
