Ingredients used in MANGO LASSI
• Raw mango - 1 number.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter milk - 1-1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Peel and cut the raw mango into pieces.
  • Take a glass jar and add raw mango pieces, asafoetida and crush it using hand blender.
  • Add little water, coriander leaves, salt, some butter milk and blend it.
  • Add remaining butter milk and blend it again.
  • Check for seasoning and transfer it into a glass.

Now the cool mango lassi is ready to serve in hot summer
