Ingredients used in Milk powder Burfi
• Milk - 250 ml.
• Milk powder - 1 cup.
• Butter (cubes) - 3 number.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Saffron color - 1 tea spoon.
• Khevara water - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat butter in a pan, add milk and let it boil.
  • Then add milk powder and mix it well.
  • Add sugar, cardamom powder, cook it for about 10 minutes.
  • Transfer half of the mixture to the tray greezed with butter.
  • Now add saffron water and khevara water to the remaining mixture, mix well and transferit to the same tray as a second layer.
  • Let it freeze for 30 to 40 minutes and cut into pieces of your desired shapes and sizes.
