- Take chicken pieces in a bowl, add crushed pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt, mix well and keep aside.
- Heat oil in apan, add desiccated coconut powder, saute till color is slightly changed, now add mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, crushed garlic and cook well.
- Now add the marinated chicken pieces, cook well and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Use the samepan toroast cashew nuts, also add cooked rice, saute it well and transferto a servingplate.
