Ingredients used in MUSHROOM AND CHEESE SOFT DOSA 1
• Onion (chopped) - 1 no.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mushrooms - 100 grams.
• Pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Carrot (grated) - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander (chopped) - half bunch.
• Oil - as required.
• Rice - 2 cups.
• Parboiled rice - 1 cup.
• Urad dal - 1 cup.
• Pressed rice - half cup.
• Fenugreek seeds - half 0.
Method:
Grind soaked rice, parboiled rice, urad dal, pressed rice, fenugreek seeds to a thick batter and ferment for about 6 hours. Heat a pan and add chopped onions, butter, salt, sauté it till the onions change the color. In it, add chopped mushrooms, saute it. Then add pepper powder, grated carrot, chopped coriander and cook this for a minute . Transfer this into a bowl. Heat a dosa tawa, pour a ladleful of the dosa batter on the tawa and spread in a circular motion. Add some oil and mushroom mixture on the top of the dosa and cover it with lid until the dosa is done. Serve it hot .
