MUSHROOM SOYA KHEEMA PIZZA ROLLS

Ingredients used in MUSHROOM SOYA KHEEMA PIZZA ROLLS
• Soya - 3/4 cup.
• Mushroom - half cup.
• Oil - 3 teaspoons.
• Finely chopped garlic - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - half tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Pizza dough - 1 cup.
• Julienne cutted green bellpepper - half no.
• Julienne onions - 1 no.
• Julienne tomato - 1 no.
• Cheese - 3 slice.
• Grated mozzarella cheese - 3/4 cup.
• Egg - 1 no.
Method:
  • Soak the soya in hot water and squeeze water, later cut into half and keep aside. Chop the mushroom and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, mushroom, soya and saute it then season with coriander powder, chilli powder, saute it and reduce the flame.
  • Add salt, tomato ketchup, mix it and switch off the flame.
  • Dust some flour on table top and roll the pizza dough.
  • Arrange the mushroom mixture, green bell pepper, onions and tomato like as shown in video.
  • On its top arrange the cheese slices and grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Fold it like as shown in video and dust some flour and arrange it on a baking tray.
  • To the arranged roll give a slight cut and egg wash and bake in oven for 180-200 degree for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cut into pieces.

Now mushroom soya kheema is ready to serve.
