Ingredients used in Mutton Chukka
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Lamb - 500 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Fennel seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Whole red chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
Method:
  • Pressure cook mutton adding all the ingredients except oil, fennel seeds, red chillies and curry leaves. No need to add water, as this will lose out water.
  • Take a hot pan add oil, fennel seeds, red chillies and curry leaves. Fry this.
  • Add the juice from the cooked mutton.
  • When this dries up add mutton and fry till it becomes dry.

In your receipe of this, you did not mention of pouring the stock bit by bit. May be i read wrongly. What I did was I poured the pressurized mutton together with stock. I had to stir for evey long time.Anyway it was very very wonderful dish,tasty,an
