- In a pressure cooker add mutton, onions, oil and put for around 3 to 4 whistles until the mutton is well cooked.
- Now remove the mutton and onions and put it in blender, add salt, ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and make it into a paste.
- Take a pan and add oil, some methi leaves and fry it.
- Now add mutton mixture fry it nicely until the color changes into dark brown on a medium flame.
At this time add the freshly chopped cilantro and serve.
