Ingredients used in MUTTON FRY- OIL BOILING METHOD
• Mutton - 1/2 kg.
• Egg - 1/2 number.
• Oil - to fry.
• Shahi jeera - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Shallots - 2 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Green chilies - 3 number.
• Curd - 1/4 cup.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl take mutton pieces, add egg and mix it well.
  • Now heat the oil in a pan, cook the mutton pieces on slow flame till they are tender.
  • Then drain the oil from the mutton and keep aside.
  • In the same pan add shahi jeera, shallots, salt and fry till shallots are slightly brown.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, curry leaves, green chilies, curd, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and cook till the raw flavor is gone
  • Finally, add boiled mutton piecesand cook another for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice or roti.
