| • Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon. | |
| • Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon. | |
| • Salt - 1 tablespoon. | |
| • Mirchi powder/cayenne pepper powder - 1 tablespoon. | |
| • Haldi powder - 1 pinch. | |
| • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tablespoon. | |
| • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch. | |
| • Potato / bottle gourd (optional) - 1/2 small. | |
| • Water - as required. |

This was my first time making the curry and it couldnt be better. It exactly tasted like my mom's recipe. Thank you so much for posting this. I will come back to this recipe every time i cook keema curry :)
