Ingredients used in OATS & VEGETABLE PORRIDGE
• French beans(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Cauliflower(small florets) - 1/4 cup.
• Cabbage(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Carrots(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger(chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Capsicum(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green peas - 1/4 cup.
• Mushrooms(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Dry herbs - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Spring onions(green chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Water - 2 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Oats - 3/4 cup.
Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add french beans, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots and saute it 2. Add garlic, ginger, turmeric powder,capsicum, green peas, mushrooms, pepper powder, dry herbs and saute it for 2 mins. 3. Boil water in a saucepan and add oats, salt(optional) and cook it until the oats are soft and transfer it into a serving plate. 4. On top of oats add cooked vegetable mixture. 5. Garnish with spring onions and serve it.
