Ingredients used in Pacchi Batani Halwa
• Green peas - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Salt - pinch.
• Pistachios (chopped) - 10 number.
• Badam / almonds (chopped) - 10 number.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Khoya (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Melon seeds - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Blendthe fresh and tender green peas to afine paste.
  • In a pan, add ghee, prepared green peas paste and cook well by stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes.
  • Now add sugar, melon seeds, chopped pistachios, pinch of salt and mix well.
  • Then addgrated khoya and mix it thoroughly.
  • At last, sprinkle cardamom powder to it, mix well and switch the flame off.
  • Serve the halwa by garnishing with chopped pistachios and badam.

Delicious Green Peas Halwa is now ready to serve.
