- Blendthe fresh and tender green peas to afine paste.
- In a pan, add ghee, prepared green peas paste and cook well by stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes.
- Now add sugar, melon seeds, chopped pistachios, pinch of salt and mix well.
- Then addgrated khoya and mix it thoroughly.
- At last, sprinkle cardamom powder to it, mix well and switch the flame off.
- Serve the halwa by garnishing with chopped pistachios and badam.
