Ingredients used in PALAKURA VEPUDU
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - half tea spoon.
• Chana dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Chooped onion - half no.
• Green chillies - 2 no.
• Red chillies - 1 no.
• Oil - as required.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Turmeric - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chillie powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add red chillies, urad dal, chana dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds.When mustard starts poping up add chopped onions, green chillies,turmeric,and salt.
  • When onions turn golden brown, add chopped spinach.Mix well. put the lid.
  • Keep stirring periodically. Add red chili powder.
  • Remove from the flame once spinach becomes soft. Goes well with hot steamed rice,
