Ingredients used in PANEER PAKORA
• Chopped green chillies (jalapeno) - 1-2 numbers.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - as required.
• Oil - to fry.
• Chickpea flour (besan) - 1 cup.
• Paneer - 250 grams.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Mix first set of ingredients well.
  • Beat in a blender for 4-5 minutes to incorporate air (this will make the batter fluffier).
  • Let batter rest 1/2 hour in a warm place
  • Cut the paneer into thick cubes.
  • Sprinkle little salt, chili powder on the cubes
  • Deep fry in oil that is heated to 375deg;.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
  • Serve the paneer pakora with coriander or mint chutney

hello sir, thank u so much for helping us in becoming good cooks. i have tried making hyderabadi dum mutton biryani it was good inn taste but the mutton is getting burnt at the bottom and if i put water then the rice gets cooked alot ... please advic

recipe seems very sketchy.it does not even say to dip paneer pieces in the batter. still I appreciate the cook who is trying to spread the art of cooking
