PEANUT CURRY

Ingredients used in PEANUT CURRY
• Peanuts - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Onion(chopped) - 3/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Dry roast peanut and make coarse powder in a blender.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion little salt and cook it until it is nice and soft.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and saute it, later add water and cook with lid on it.
  • When onion become soft add peanut and cook for 3-4 minutes until oil floats on top.
  • Atlast add coriander leaves and switch off flame.

Now peanut curry is ready to serve with rice or roti.
