Ingredients used in Pepper Chicken Biryani Recipe
• Chicken - 300 grams.
• Caraway seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Bay leaf - 1 number.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Star anise - 1 number.
• Biryani flower - 1 number.
• Maize - 1 number.
• Onion sliced - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Crush pepper - 1 tablespoons.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Rice - 2 cups.
• Brown onions - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Saffron colour - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Soak the basmati rice for at least 15 minutes.
  • Boil water in a pan, add oil, salt (to taste), basmati rice and cook it well.
  • Take a pan add oil, whole garam masala, chopped onions, salt. Saute all these well.
  • Now add chicken, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, coriander leaves and cook it lightly.
  • Add pepper powder, curd, salt and mix it well.
  • Then add cooked rice, saffron color, brown onions, and ghee. Put the lid and cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame.

Pepper chicken biryani is ready to serve.
