Ingredients used in Pesara punugulu pulusu
• Pottu pesara pappu - 2 cup.
• Onions - 4 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 0 as.
• Fenugreek - 0 as.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Cumin - 0 as.
• Curry leaves - 0 as.
• Tamarind - 0 as.
• Jaggery - 0 to.
• Turmeric powder - 0 teaspoons.
Method:
Pesara Punugulu directions: >First soak pesara pappu for 2 hrs. Pottu lite ga thesesi water lekunda grind chesukovali. Heat some oil and with out salt punugulu vesukovali. Thats it. Keep em a side. Next Pulusu directions: >Heat up a kadai pour some oil. >Onions, mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, ginger and garlic paste fresh, green chilli, vesi baaaaga veganivvandi. >Now pour cintha pandu pulusu, Mind the sourness. >then put hot punugulu along with salt and jaggery into the pulusu( takkuva kaadu ekkuva kaadu bellam ) >Thats it, cook on a med flame till the oil floats. ENJOY
