Ingredients used in Pineapple Souffle
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 3 tablespoons.
• Pineapple - 2.5 cups.
• Egg - 3 numbers.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Butter - 1.5 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 1.5 tablespoon.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Beat the eggs until light; stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the consistency of rice pudding.
