Ingredients used in Cheese Chilli Toast
• Bread slices - 2 slice.
• Chopped tomatoes - 1 number.
• Chopped green chillies - 2 number.
• Grated cheese - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cream - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilli powder or paprica - as required.
• Pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Chaat masala(optional) - pinch.
• Jeera powder(optional) - pinch.
• Oregano - half tea spoon.
Method:
Take a bowl add cheese, finely chopped green chillies, pepper powder, oregano, salt and mix it well. Then add cream, paprica and mix well, later add chopped tomatoes (without seeds). Now take bread slices roast the bread slightly then spread the cheese mixture evenly. Put in the oven in broil mode or in a convention mode till you get the colour.
