Potatoes and Green Beans Curry

Ingredients used in Potatoes and Green Beans Curry
• Green beans ( chopped) - 2 cups.
• Bacon - 8 slice.
• Potatoes ( chopped) - (6-8) number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Wash beans. Snap off ends and remove strings if there are any. Break into 2 inch pieces.
  • Peel potatoes and cut in cubes.
  • In a large pan, fry bacon, just until it starts to brown.
  • Then add the beans and potatoes and cook it with closed lid till it comes to a boil. Later, cook on medium flame for about 1 hour.
  • At last, season it with salt and pepper powder.

Delicious Potatoes and Green Beans Curry is now ready to serve.

Not a vegetarian dish as it uses bacon.
