Ingredients used in ANJEER KA MEETHA
• Fig pieces - (1-1/2) cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Lime juice - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Fruit essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
Method:
Take a pan and add fig pieces, sugar, very little water and cook it for 8-10 minutes with lid on it. After 8 minutes, add lime juice and cook it until it become soft. To it add any fruit essence, butter and switch off flame and mix nicely, allow it cool. Now anjeer ka meetha is ready to serve with any ice cream.
