BAKED EGG BREAD ROLL

Ingredients used in BAKED EGG BREAD ROLL
• Egg (boiled) - 1 number.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green capsicum(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Black pepper - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Grated cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Bread slices - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Take boiled chopped egg into the bowl, chopped onions, chopped green capsicum, black pepper, salt, coriander leaves, grated cheese and mix it nicely.
  • Now take bread slices cut the edges and roll it like a thin layer.
  • Then add stuffing to the bread pieces and apply water to the edge.
  • Roll it and keep it a side.
  • Repeat the same process to the other bread pieces.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade.
  • Apply oil on baking tray then place the egg rolls and apply oil to the egg rolls on top of it.
  • Then place it in the oven and bake it for 5-6 minutes.
  • Remove the tray from oven and transfer into a serving plate.

Now baked egg bread roll is ready.
