Ingredients used in BAKED MANGO CHEESECAKE
• Oreo biscuits - 8 numbers.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Hunk yogurt - 150 grams.
• Cheese - 50 grams.
• Caster sugar - 30 grams.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tablespoon.
• Whole egg - 1 numbers.
• Egg yolks - 3 numbers.
• Mango pulp - 1 cup.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
In a blender, blend oreo biscuits. To it add butter and mix nicely, later spread in pie mould. In a bowl add hunk yogurt, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla essence, egg, egg yolks and mix will. In mango pulp add corn flour and mix will, later add to hunk yogurt mixture and mix it. Pour this mixture in pie mould and preheat oven at 160 degree. Place in oven and bake it for 1 hour. Demould it and apply mango pulp on top of it. Now baked mango cheese cake is ready to serve.

Wow very nice! I'll be sure to try! My husband and I love mango we get such cheese here in U.S. but it's very rich and not as healthy as hung yogurt so the way you have done I like mug better! Thank you for such wonderful recipes! ?????????

It would be nice if you wear hand gloves since u crushed the oreo cookie with ur hands with long nails. Just for "hygiene" purpose. But the recipe was good.. :)?
