Ingredients used in BOILED YAM FRY
• Yam (peeled and sliced) - 250 grams.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 3 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - ½ tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
In a pressure cooker add yam pieces, salt, garam masala, coriander powder, lemon juice, red chili powder, ginger, and garlic paste and boil until 4-5 whistles. Heat Tawa pour some oil, fry the yam pieces till they a brown color and serve.
