Ingredients used in Dill sauce for chicken picardy
• Fresh dill (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Shallots (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Chicken stock - half cup.
• Heavy cream - 50 ml.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
• Dry white wine - half cup.
Method:
Add clarified butter to a medium saucepan. Over medium heat add shallots and saute. Quickly add chicken stock white wine and heavy cream. Reduce by half and add chopped fresh dill. Serve with baked chicken.
