Ingredients used in French fries and chips
• Potato - 4 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Peel the potato cut into even size for french fries. Boil the water and add potatos and half cook it. then dry them in nice cloth. Take oil for Fry, deep fry these french fries sprinkle salt on top of it. Peel the potato cut into chips shape with the craper and dip in water. Take out from water dry them with a cloth. Take oil for fry , add the chips into it remove when it becomes little white or golden colour. Sprinkle salt as per taste.

Whether he says pat-a-toes, or pata-tos, pototos.... I dont care . Unless you get to know, what he is saying, language is no barrier. Whatever his accent may be, if he is able to convey what he wanna say us all, then what the fuck is the big deal?

I get better results with my fries when I parboil them for a minute or so...just get a pan of water boiling rapidly. Carefully place your sliced potatoes in the boiling water, wait a minute or two, then drain them. Let them dry before frying in oil
