Golden Fried Cheese Sweet corn Balls

Ingredients used in Golden Fried Cheese Sweet corn Balls
• Bread crumbs - 200 grams.
• Cheese grated - 75 grams.
• Mix herbs - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander chopped - 1/2 bunch.
• Sweet corn - 100 grams.
• Corn starch - 1/4 cup.
• Potato - 250 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • In a bowl add sweet corn (boiled and coarsely chop them), coriander chopped, pepper powder, mix herbs, cheese grated, bread crumb, mix it and make dumplings, keep it aside.
  • In another bowl add potato (boiled and grated), salt, corn starch, bread crumbs, mix it and knead it till soft dough, divide them into equal portion.
  • Take potato mixture ball flatten each ball with your fingertips and stuff the sweet corn mixture ball and seal the edges towards the center and form into a ball and repeat the remaining stuff, and deep fry the balls until golden brown from all sides.

Serve this with your favorite sauce.

Can u please tell me if I freeze them before frying then how long will they stay in the freezer as I wanna make them in a big batch. Should I remove/alternate a ingredient to increase the shelf life. Please do reply. Thank you
