Ingredients used in Methi Rava Dosa
• Semolina - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Maida flour - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 4 number.
• Water - as required.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Fenugreek leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Green peas - 1/2 cup.
• Grated carrot - 1/2 cup.
• Potato( boiled ) - 3 number.
• Cheese grated - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take a cup of semolina(rava) in a bowl, add rice flour, salt, maida flour, cumin seeds, pepper powder, chopped green chilies, water and mix it well. And add chopped ginger, chopped fenugreek leaves and mix it well.
  • Heat a pan, pour aladlefull of prepared batter, spread it, sprinkle oil, green peas, grated carrot, boiled & grated potatoes, grated cheese andfry on both sides.

Hot and delicious Methi Rava Dosa is now ready to serve with the pickle of your choice.
