PINEAPPLE AMBROSIA

Ingredients used in PINEAPPLE AMBROSIA
• Caster sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Pineapple pieces - 1/2 cup.
• Wipped cream - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Condensed milk - 1 tablespoon.
• Pineapple crush - 1 tablespoon.
• Dry coconut powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Almonds - 2 numbers.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add caster sugar, pineapple pieces and cook until it become soft.
  • Switch off flame and keep aside until its cools down.
  • Take a wip cream and whip it.
  • Take a bowl and add whipped cream, condensed milk, pineapple crush, pineapple pieces, half tablespoon dry coconut powder and mix nicely, later pour into serving bowl.
  • Top it with pineapple pieces coated with dry coconut powder.

Now pineapple ambrosia is ready to serve.
