RIDGE GUARD AND GREEN PEAS FRY

Ingredients used in RIDGE GUARD AND GREEN PEAS FRY
• Ridge gourd peel - 2 cups.
• Boiled green peas - 2 cups.
• Salt - to taste.
• Roasted chanadal - 1 tea spoon.
• Black gram - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Curry leaf - 2 spring.
• Red chilies - 3 numbers.
Method:
  • Firstly clean ridge gourd and grind in a blender to make a paste.
  • Now in a hot pan add oil, roasted chana dal and saute it for few minutes.
  • Add black gram, mustard seeds, red chilies and curry leaf.
  • After that add ridge gourd peel and required salt.
  • Don’t cook them too much.
  • Now add boiled green peas and remove it from the flame.
