BROAD BEANS ALOO METHI CURRY

Ingredients used in BROAD BEANS ALOO METHI CURRY
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger (slices) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (slices) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Broad beans (cut into small pieces) - 1 cup.
• Potato (cubes) - 1 number.
• Kasuri methi - (1-2) tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger slices, onions, little salt and saute it.
  • To it, add turmeric powder, broad beans, potato, red chili powder, salt, little kasuri methi and saute it.
  • Then add little water and pressure cook with closed lid for 1 whistle.
  • Remove lid, add leftover kasuri methi and mix it, check for seasoning.
  • At last,sprinkle coriander leaves to it and switch off the flame.

Now broad beans aloo methi curry is ready to serve.
