Ingredients used in punugulu
• salt to taste .
• chopped onions 2 Numbers.
• chillies 5 to 6 Numbers.
• cumin seeds 2 Tablespoons.
• urad dal 2 Cup.
• rice 1 Cup.
• oil to fry .
How to make the recipe:

Soak the rice and urad dal for about 6hrs and then grind it.Let it ferment for 10 to 12hrs( but make the batter in thick consistency).Add onions,green chillies,salt and cumin seeds and add water if necessary.Boil the oil in a pan and fry them by dropping it like pakoras.
