Ingredients used in SEV
• Salt - to taste.
• Oma water - 2 tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Bengal gram flour - 1 cup.
• Refined oil - as required.
Method:
  • Prepare a thick batter of all ingredients ( by using water).
  • Use Small Hole Kneader and fry it.
