Ingredients used in SPINACH ROUND PAKODA
• Spinach(chopped) - 2 cup.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Carom seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cooking soda - 1 pinch.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cooking soda - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• Chickpea flour - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add spinach, onions, carom seeds, green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, red chili powder, cooking soda, coriander leaves, rice flour, chickpea flour, if needed add little water and make pakoda batter.
  • Take small dumpling and make round balls deep fry in oil on medium flame, transfer into a serving plate.

Now spinach round pakoda is ready to serve.
