- Remove seeds of dates and chop into pieces.
- Take a bowl and add ghee, semolina and roast it.
- To it add almond, cashew nuts, raisins, dates and mix nicely.
- Add milk and cook it and add sugar and cook again for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Transfer into a tray and spread evenly and cut into pieces.
Now suji dates halwa is ready to serve.
