Ingredients used in SUJI DATES HALWA
• Dates - 12-15 numbers.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Semolina - 1 cup.
• Cashew nuts - 8 numbers.
• Almond - 5-8 numbers.
• Raisins - 10 numbers.
• Milk - 2 cup.
• Sugar - 3/4 cup.
Method:
Remove seeds of dates and chop into pieces. Take a bowl and add ghee, semolina and roast it. To it add almond, cashew nuts, raisins, dates and mix nicely. Add milk and cook it and add sugar and cook again for 3 - 4 minutes. Transfer into a tray and spread evenly and cut into pieces. Now suji dates halwa is ready to serve.
