SWEET CORN RICE

Ingredients used in SWEET CORN RICE
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Boiled sweet corn - 1/4 cup.
• Grated coconut - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Red chillies - 2 numbers.
• Bengal gram - 1 teaspoons.
• Black gram - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Pepper seeds powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Ghee - 3 teaspoons.
Method:

1. Heat ghee in a pan then add bengal gram, black gram, red chilies and fry them. 2.Then add grated coconut, green chili pieces, sweet corn, curry leaves and again fry them. 3.Now add salt then add rice and mix it well, mix all these ingredients well then add pepper seeds powder to saute them. 4.Cook for about 2 minutes, then switch off the flame. 5.Now sweet corn rice is ready to serve.
